Recruitment Consultant (Business to Business Sales)

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding business. You will be involved in the full cycle of technical recruitment where you will be trained to source, qualify, manage, negotiate and close offers for mid to senior levels professionals. You will also be exposed to conduct Business Development activities to clinch new clients, onboard them, partner and hire the best talents in the market. This opportunity will also allow you to gain commercial knowledge and apply it on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Business Development activities to clinch new clients, onboard to partner and hire the best talents in the market.

Requirements

Requirement:

Complete fluency in Cantonese both written and spoken.

Individuals who love to challenge themselves and are interested to discover the world of recruitment. No prior experience in recruitment or technology is required for the role; we welcome individuals who are keen to start their career in a Sales Recruitment role, or experienced professionals seeking a career switch to a sales-based environment where effort and results will be compensated accordingly. It will be a plus if you are from a Sales background, and/or CEI certified.
