Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an organized IT Project Manager in Singapore to oversee project delivery from initiation to closure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define scope, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards across all project phases.

The role requires aBachelor’s degree in a related field, a PM certification, and 10+ years in IT with 7+ in project management. SaaS procurement experience and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Project Management certification (PMP, CISSP, CISM, or similar) is highly desirable
• 10+ years IT experience, with 7+ years in project management
• Experience with SaaS Procurement Software implementations
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders from multiple teams (business, infrastructure, risk, etc.)
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to navigate compliance and governance processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall project execution and status reporting
• Establish and implement PM processes to deliver on time and within budget
• Define project scope, resources, deadlines, and testing strategy
• Lead and motivate the project team; monitor work and escalate issues
• Create and manage project budget and ensure adherence
• Oversee testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting across project stages
• Track milestones and adjust plans/resources to meet needs
• Coordinate communication with all stakeholders on scope, budget, schedule and risks
