Senior IT Project Manager - M.LEE

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Project Manager with a strong background in business and vendor management to lead large-scale, complex systems and applications projects. The primary focus will be on facilities management systems, such as Door Access Management Control. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet both business needs and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, specifically in facilities management systems like Door Access Control System.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring the project is completed on time and within scope.

  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between IT, business units, and external vendors.

  • Oversee the end-to-end vendor management process, from selection to contract negotiation, implementation, and performance monitoring.

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring service levels and project milestones are met.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, keeping stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and issues.

  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, compliance requirements, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Drive business adoption and ensure technology solutions meet operational requirements and business expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects with a focus on facilities management systems, security systems, or applications.

  • Strong vendor management experience, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and relationship management.

  • Expertise in both business and technical project management, with a focus on aligning technology solutions with business goals.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
