Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Overview: The Senior Project Manager (Gen AI & SaaS Based Applications) will lead and manage complex projects across multiple business segments, ensuring successful delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage resources, risks, and changes, and collaborate with teams to achieve strategic objectives and business benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Oversee project resources, schedules, and budgets to meet milestones and deliverables.
3. Motivate and guide project teams to achieve goals and solve challenges.
4. Ensure project scope, quality standards, and client goals are met.
5. Monitor success criteria, key metrics, and deployment activities.
6. Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project management.
7. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.
8. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
9. Mentor and lead the project team, ensuring effective communication across all levels.
10. Manage project scope changes and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
2. 10+ years of IT project management experience with at least 4 full project lifecycles completed.
3. Expertise in SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
5. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
6. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
7. Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget.
8. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
