Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in driving front-to-back (F2B) IT transformation programs within the Capital Markets / Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) domain. The ideal candidate will bring over 12+ years of experience managing complex projects in a global, matrixed environment, with a strong understanding of equity derivatives and CIB product workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end IT transformation programs, with a focus on front-to-back processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Global IT teams.
  • Manage and coordinate activities across the trade lifecycle, including trade capture, middle and back office processes, accounting, risk & P&L, regulatory reporting, reconciliations, settlements, and confirmations.
  • Define and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive project governance, lead steering committee meetings, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Develop and oversee migration and testing strategies and plans.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones and outcomes
  • Key Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in IT project management within Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Equity Derivatives (preferred) and a solid understanding of CIB products (required).
  • Proven experience across the full front-to-back chain, including middle and back office functions.
  • Previous experience delivering similar transformation programs in a global, matrix organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work across diverse functions and regions.
