Job summary

NCS is a leading AI Tech Services company with a broad APAC footprint. The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and to quality standards across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, planning, risk and change control, vendor coordination, and cross-functional leadership to drive successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience in the development, implementation and support of IT projects.
• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document requirements by liaising with users and managers, drawing together information needs across a distributed organisation.
• Establish and prepare project plans, risk management plans, milestones and deliverables in consultation with business users and architect/designer.
• Manage project implementation with regard to schedules, budget, manpower and quality.
• Manage scope definition and change control mechanism.
• Escalate and discuss overruns, scope creep, integration issues, resource requirements with PD/SDD.
• Oversee integration of hardware, software installation, testing, business process review, redesign, and migration.
• Monitor tasks to ensure timely delivery and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Manage resources including hardware, software, human resources and logistics within budget.
• Review documentation to ensure it meets customer requirements and quality standards.
• Define project resources, performance reviews and post-implementation evaluations.
• Negotiate with vendors and cross-teams for resources.
• Build relationships with users and technical staff to resolve system issues.
• Manage contracts and subcontractors; negotiate change requests and schedules.
• Communicate clearly with customers about project issues or clarifications.
• Proactively identify opportunities for service expansion and liaise with Account Managers.
