in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT leader to shape and execute the group’s IT strategy, supporting marine fuel trading, bunkering operations, vessel activities and corporate functions. You will oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, company portals and vessel applications to ensure reliability and efficiency, while leading cybersecurity, governance and business continuity initiatives for the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in leadership/management.
• Preferably in Shipping/Maritime industry.
• Hands-on experience with 365, portals, infrastructure, cloud and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategies and digital transformation initiatives for marine fuel trading and vessel activities.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, Microsoft 365, ERP systems and portals to ensure reliability.
• Lead cybersecurity, IT governance, data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Drive technology improvements through AI, automation, data analytics, and manage budgets, vendors, and the IT team.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, company portals and vessel applications to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Lead cybersecurity, IT governance, data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives to safeguard company systems and information assets.
• Drive technology improvements through AI, process automation and data analytics, while managing IT projects, budgets, vendors and the internal IT team.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect/Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator/AWS Solutions Architect Certified
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management position, preferably in the Shipping/Maritime industry.
• Hands‑on experience in Microsoft 365, company portals, IT infrastructure, cloud services and enterprise systems management.
• Proven track record in IT strategy development, digital transformation, IT project management, cybersecurity, IT governance and process automation.
