About the Role

We are seeking a result-driven Senior IT Manager to support our Group’s technology strategy and operations.

The candidate must be a team player, and will play a critical role in aligning IT initiatives with business goals, driving innovation, and ensuring the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure. This position demands both strategic foresight and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions across the Group.

· Define and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

· Plan, coordinate, and direct IT-related activities, providing strategic direction and hands-on support for daily operations.

· Manage IT governance, including audits, security protocols, disaster recovery planning, licensing, and documentation.

· Maintain infrastructure integrity and availability through proactive backups, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

· Support customer requirements and oversee vendor relationships to ensure service quality and alignment.

· Collaborate with business units on pre-sales activities and technical consultations when required.

· Spearhead strategic initiatives as assigned by management, including business and marketing strategy development for the Group and its affiliates.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Strong technical foundation in systems, networks, software, hardware, and emerging technologies.

· Proven ability to work under tight schedules and adapt to evolving requirements.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical challenges.

· Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT initiatives with broader business objectives.

· Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.

· Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
