Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our enterprise IT environment supporting a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing operation.

You will direct a multidisciplinary team, drive operational excellence, implement strategic technology initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure design and management.

Responsibilities

Lead operation, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure services.
Establish and maintain operational standards, procedures, and SLAs.
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary infrastructure team.
Manage resources, workloads, performance, and professional development.
Drive security, risk management, and compliance across IT/OT networks.
