Job summary

TECHEMERGE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to lead hardware planning, server and storage deployments, and network setup for complex applications.

You will coordinate with planning, vendors, and development teams to size requirements, prepare BOMs, and obtain quotations. Strong scripting, DB admin, and security skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of IT infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience in planning hardware capacity and BOM creation.
• Proficient in Linux/Windows server setup, OS configuration and security.
• Experience with Oracle DB administration and data management.

Responsibilities

• Plan hardware capacity and VM/physical server setup based on application needs.
• Coordinate with Planning, vendors, Dev and procurement teams for BOMs and quotes.
• Configure OS, network, storage, backups, and disaster recovery arrangements.
• Establish security, access control and change management for infra components.
• Support data transfer setups and scheduling tools used by the application.
