Job summary

ManpowerGroup Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and manage enterprise IT across networks, systems, and cloud platforms. The role emphasizes secure configuration, hardening, and regulatory compliance to ensure high availability and performance.

The candidate will work with the Cybersecurity team to apply security controls, address vulnerabilities and support incident response. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of hands-on experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering and IT infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with enterprise network and security solutions such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet.
Experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
Implement, administer and support network infrastructure (wired and wireless, routing, switching, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
Manage systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), including storage (NAS, SAN, vSAN).
Operate IT infrastructure monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios).
Administer Microsoft 365 services and support hybrid identity (on-prem AD + Entra ID).
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
Plan patches, upgrades, migrations, and capacity improvements.
Enforce security best practices (segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, NAC) and system hardening (CIS).
Support incident response, troubleshooting, and on-call operations.
