Job summary

The role requires extensive experience in IT operations, strong leadership, and deep expertise in cloud, DevOps, and security to guide cross-functional teams under pressure.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in IT operations
• 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing DevOps, ITSM, or compliance
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary incident commander during high-impact operational and cybersecurity events.
• Lead IT compliance initiatives, ensuring services and infrastructure adhere to regulatory standards.
• Drive automation and optimization of DevOps and ITSM processes; improve cross-team communication.
• Mentor teams to build a resilient and collaborative workforce.
