Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cloud Operations or Infrastructure Support, 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture (GCP preferred) and CMMI frameworks.
• Proven track record in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ticket lifecycle and ensure no issues fall through the cracks.
• Monitor SLAs to ensure team meets response and resolution times.
• Take lead during major service outages as Incident Commander.
