A leading logistics company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in IT and at least 2 years of experience in IT consulting, with strong analytical and communication skills. This role involves managing project deployment both locally and globally, ensuring documentation is completed, and conducting training sessions.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate projects between Business, Operations and IT development
Ensure necessary documentations are duly completed
Conduct training, presentations, discussions and organize milestone meetings, debriefs and project status updates
In charge of all deployment of projects locally and globally together with global business teams, where necessary
Perform change and problem management
Any other ad-hoc duties whenever required
Requirements
Min. Diploma in IT with at least 2 years of experience in IT consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Committed, proactive and self-motivated with pleasant personality
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Good team player with the ability to work independently
