Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects between Business, Operations and IT development

• Ensure necessary documentations are duly completed

• Conduct training, presentations, discussions and organize milestone meetings, debriefs and project status updates

• In charge of all deployment of projects locally and globally together with global business teams, where necessary

• Perform change and problem management

• Any other ad-hoc duties whenever required
