Job summary

A leading company in the tech sector seeks an Identity and Access Management professional to design and maintain IAM processes, provide Level 2/3 support, and collaborate with IT teams. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or related fields and at least 2 years of experience in IAM, with excellent communication skills. An overseas training opportunity is also available for the selected candidate.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain IAM processes (e.g., joiner, mover, leaver workflows)
• Support the development of a role-based access control model
• Assess and document new access requirements and improvements
• Coordinate external support for IAM-related initiatives
• Provide Level 2/3 support to ensure 24x7 system stability
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance performance and minimize downtime
• Conduct user training and maintain clear documentation
• Partner with other departments on process improvements and cost reduction initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID is a plus
• Overseas training opportunity available, to gain deep familiarity with company-specific processes and tools
