Responsibilities

• Administering and optimising our IAM platform, including identity management, access control, and authentication mechanisms
• Implementing and maintaining security protocols, policies, and procedures to protect sensitive data and systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications
• Monitoring and troubleshooting IAM-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and system uptime
• Analysing access patterns and user activities to identify potential security risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Providing training and guidance to end-users on IAM-related policies and procedures
• Staying up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong focus on identity and access management
• Proficiency in implementing and administering IAM solutions, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar
• Hands-on experience in configuring and integrating IAM systems with various enterprise applications and services
• Solid understanding of security protocols, access control mechanisms, and identity lifecycle management
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
