Job summary

Sunningdale Tech Ltd is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Engineer to manage our Microsoft 365 environment and support services across the organization in Singapore. You will lead IT operations, drive digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years IT infrastructure, systems, or end-user support.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong scripting with PowerShell.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior IT Engineer to manage our Microsoft 365 environment, lead IT support operations and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Purview.
• Manage identity and access controls, endpoint management, security policies, and M365 governance.
• Lead IT Service Desk operations and serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Drive digital transformation projects, including workflow automation, collaboration tools, and AI/Copilot adoption.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement technology solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Develop automation scripts and system enhancements using PowerShell and Microsoft tools.
• Mentor and guide IT team members while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure, systems, or end-user support experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Experience leading IT projects and managing service desk operations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Copilot.
• ITIL, Microsoft, PMP, or related certifications.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.
