Senior IT Director

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Strategic IT Planning
• Identify, assess, and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Establish and refine IT and OT policies, frameworks, and processes to uphold industry best practices and regulatory compliance. Ensure seamless operation of all business-critical applications. Develop and implement Disaster Recovery and Incident Response strategies.
• Lead the organization's cybersecurity initiatives, safeguarding sensitive data and mitigating risks associated with cyber threats. Deploy security measures and systems to enhance resilience against potential attacks.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth. Set clear objectives and provide performance evaluations.
• Utilize data analytics to generate business insights and inform decision-making. Drive automation initiatives and digitalization efforts to enhance productivity.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology providers and service partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with 10 years of IT leadership experience, with a strong background in strategic technology planning and management.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of emerging digital trends and their business applications.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale IT projects and manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection laws, and best practices for threat mitigation.
• Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Executive (CISE), ITIL, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
