GovTech Singapore is seeking an IT Audit Manager to lead IT audits, oversee outsourced engagements, and drive audit transformation initiatives (e.g., AGEM, Python, GenAI) in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to safety, security, regulations, and governance across IT programs and systems.

You will develop work plans, manage audits including VAPT, and coordinate with MOE statutory boards and system owners. Strong communication and data analytics in fieldwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT discipline or equivalent.
• Professional certifications e.g., CISA and cloud security certification.

Responsabilités

• Oversee IT audits of programs and systems ensuring safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop IT audit work plans in line with rules and requirements; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Manage outsourced IT audits, including VAPT, from procurement to payment verification.
• Act as IT Audit Point in Contact and coordinate audit planning, issue discussion, and closing meetings.
• Summarize audit results for management reporting and track remediation of issues.
