Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a Senior Specialist in IP Transport Engineering to oversee new projects and vendor management. The role requires expertise in network design, preparation of procedures, and site supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, CCNP certification, and at least 5 years of experience in Telco networking, including strong knowledge of IP/MPLS and Carrier Grade network equipment.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in Engineering and CCNP.
• 5 years of experience with Telco IP networking.
• Familiar with IP/MPLS, SR-MPLS, and IP routing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new project or migration activities.
• Partner with vendors for network design.
• Prepare or validate Method of Procedure (MOP).
• Manage vendors and projects.
• Create or update documentation.
• Supervise site activities.

Skills

Degree in Engineering

CCNP certification

IP/MPLS/SRv6 knowledge

Project management

Nokia NSP knowledge

5 years Telco IP networking experience

Familiar with IP-MPLS, SR-MPLS, SRv6

Familiar with Telco Central Office processes

Experience in Carrier Grade network equipment

Experience with dark fibre structure cabling

Review High-Level and Low-Level Design

Willing to travel for project implementation

Large network capacity planning
