cyberbot (s) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to own the UI/UX direction of our communication product.

This hands-on leadership role requires setting design standards and guiding a small team to deliver cohesive experiences. The ideal candidate has strong familiarity with iOS UI/UX patterns and Apple platform conventions, designs in Figma, builds scalable design systems, and mentors other designers while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers from

Qualifications

7+ years of product/UI/UX design experience.
Degree/Diploma in IT or design.
Excellent understanding of iOS UI/UX patterns and Apple conventions.
Proven experience building or contributing to design systems.
Strong experience with Figma and scalable design-system practices.
Strong typography, color, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and visual consistency.
Experience with light and dark mode design.

Responsibilities

Own and define the overall UI/UX direction of the product.
Design key flows, screens, interactions, and components in Figma.
Maintain and evolve the design system (color, typography, spacing, components, states, dark mode).
Ensure consistency and a cohesive product experience across features.
Review work and provide feedback to other designers; mentor the team.
Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers from exploration to implementation.
