Job summary

Cyberbot Pte Ltd seeks an experienced UI/UX Design Lead to own the UI/UX direction of the communication product. This hands-on leadership role requires designing key experiences in Figma while setting design standards for the team.

You will establish and evolve the design system, ensure consistency with iOS design principles, and mentor junior designers as you collaborate with Product Managers and engineers from early exploration through implementation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business IT, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Digital Design or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of product design, UI/UX design, or relevant experience.
• Excellent understanding of iOS UI/UX patterns and Apple platform conventions.
• Proven experience building or contributing to a design system from the foundation up.
• Strong experience designing polished consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and visual consistency.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the overall UI/UX direction of the product.
• Personally design key product flows, screens, interactions, and components in Figma.
• Establish and maintain the product’s design system, including color system, typography, spacing, component library, and responsive behavior.
• Define clear design standards to ensure consistency across the product.
• Ensure the product follows iOS design principles while building a distinctive identity.
• Design and refine interaction flows, information architecture, and usability.
• Review the work of other designers and provide clear design feedback.
• Mentor designers and collaborate with Product Managers and engineers from exploration to implementation.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and explain the reasoning behind them.
• Review implemented features to ensure alignment with the intended design.
