Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in iOS development.
• Strong command of AI fundamentals for software engineering, including context engineering and tool use.
• Experience with architectural approaches like MVVM or VIPER.
• Experience creating detailed technical documentation and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of the PAX iOS app, including architecture and coding principles.
• Design and develop AI primitives and guardrails for mobile development at scale.
• Improve adoption across feature teams with RFCs, migration plans and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical strategy with business needs.
• Strengthen engineering quality through reviews, on-call, and continuous improvement.
