Job summary

Vena Energy, a leading renewable energy platform, seeks a Senior Associate to evaluate opportunities across Asia-Pacific and execute investments. You will perform comprehensive due diligence, financial modeling, and scenario analysis to assess returns under varying conditions.

You will support the full lifecycle from deal sourcing to financing negotiations and portfolio management, driving value through rigorous analysis and active stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in investment management.
• Advanced financial modeling and accounting capabilities.
• Strong grounding in finance and economics.
• Passion for renewable energy, energy transition and sustainable infrastructure investments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities from market assessment to deal structuring.
• Support due diligence efforts with business diligence, risk assessment, and external advisors.
• Build robust financial models to support underwriting and structuring.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support negotiations and investment decisions.
• Provide hands-on support to portfolio companies to drive performance and value creation.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
