Role Overview

As a Senior/Investigator (Supervision & Rehabilitation), you will be part of a team undertaking enforcement activities to safeguard public health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations of post-arrest processing and supervision facilities, including investigations and urine tests.
  • Administer supervision regimes for offenders and engage with the public and families to explain policies and processes.
  • Conduct educational talks on prevention and enforcement strategies to youths and stakeholders.
  • Develop and review workflows, collaborations, and reports with internal and external agencies.
  • Develop and review SOPs and manage corrective actions.
  • Plan and coordinate information technology projects.
  • Liaise with enforcement teams regarding non-compliant offenders.
Candidate Profile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to work independently and in team settings.
