As a Senior Inventory Control & Order Fulfilment Administrator, you will support Singapore team through effectively and efficiently, manage inventory at 3PL warehouse, shipping and invoicing, by producing / verifying all relevant documentation and respecting local regulations, as well as Company procedures. Ability to travel overseas to support events as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Shipments
- Effectively and efficiently, manage invoicing and shipping flows, by producing / verifying relevant documentation and respecting local regulations, as well as Company procedures.
Warehouse Management
Coordinate and manage well with 3PL service provider in ensuring:
- Packaging and Sales & Support Materials are properly stored without damage and missing stocks.
- Accurate monthly reports.
- Storage space is well maximized, neat and kept within specified floor area
- Weekly delivery services are performed smoothly and efficiently.
- Inventory Management System to be regularly maintained by working closely with Ferrari warehouse team in all aspects for inventory control for the system.
Carnet Management
- Coordinate inbound and outbound HJ shipments for Singapore stores.
- Organize and work with stores / marketing team on movements of HJs locally
- Ensure smooth management of carnets with Ferrari – Track closely validity, counterfoils availability, accurate customs endorsement/discharge. Cites to be closely monitored and updated as per shipment.
- Stock reconciliation of HJs with local stores.
Buybacks / Returns / Stock-rebalancing / Issuance of invoices / Consignment & Reservation reports
- Coordinate buyback returns from shops and business partners.
- Coordinate defective returns from Singapore stores.
- Coordinate stock-rebalancing activities between Singapore stores.
- Issue commercial invoice (Inter Company and Business Partners), respecting legal, administrative and customs requirements.
- Effectively and efficiently, manage invoicing and shipping flows, by producing / verifying all relevant documentation and respecting local regulations, as well as Company procedures. Check monthly movement reports and invoices are channeled to respective departments for payment approvals.
- Monthly prepare and coordinate with retail for consignment & reservation reports.
Stock-take / Staff purchase
- Perform periodic stock-take and manage pertinent data in the system, handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values according to F&A procedures and indications.
- Ensure proper product handling and integrity respecting Security and F&A procedures in all logistics process phases.
- Prepare and coordinate with PR Marketing on stocks loans. Stocks to be safe kept, tagged, adhere to stock take compliance regulations.
- Manage staff purchases according to Boutique sales – Compile & reconcile staff purchase for finance.
Events / Fairs / Staff sales
- Manage/perform all activities relating to Logistics support to events (local/regional), fairs and staff sales
Printing of Price Tags
- Support Singapore stores in printing price tags for price revision activities.
