Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CFE) preferred.
• 3–5 years in internal investigations, auditing or similar role.
• Ability to handle sensitive investigations with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present findings to senior management.
• Knowledge of forensic principles, fraud investigation, and internal audit standards.
• Proficient in using investigation and audit software tools.
• Able to use data analytics to identify potential fraud.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct internal investigations into allegations of fraud, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Use forensic analysis to uncover facts and sequence of events.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the investigative process.
• Participate in planning and executing internal audits across business units.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify improvements.
• Provide practical solutions to issues identified during audits.
• Assist in developing annual audit plan based on risk assessment.
• Prepare clear audit reports for management.
