Senior Interior Designer

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

- Interior design / presentation / sourcing of FF&E items.

- Attend presentation / site briefing / meeting / inspection.

- Prepare 3D presentation / construction drawing / material specification / as-built drawings / project notes.

- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Adhere to project deliverables schedule.

Requirements

- Relevant interior design qualification.

- Min 5 years relevant working experience on commercial interior fit-out projects, particularly corporate office design.

- Proficient in Autocad / Autocad 3D / Sketchup 2D and 3D / Photoshop / Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint

- Good natured, mature, independent, good working attitude / presentation / organizational skill / communication skill.

- Self motivated, able to work independently and as a team.

- Attentive to project / design / specification details.

- Deliverable oriented.
