About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Interior Architect / Interior Designer to lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact interior projects. This role blends creative excellence with technical mastery, ensuring that every space we design is not only beautiful but functional and aligned with client goals. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for residential, commercial, or hospitality interior architecture projects from concept to completion.
• Translate client briefs into compelling spatial experiences, incorporating architectural elements, materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
• Develop and present conceptual designs, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules using CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure efficient and high-quality execution.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues with agility and professionalism.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and interns.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging materials and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in interior architecture or interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion).
• Strong technical knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent spatial planning skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
