Job summary

SP Group is seeking a Senior Integration & Security Engineer to oversee and enhance our enterprise integration platform, including API Gateway, secure file transfer, and event-driven messaging systems. Qualifications

• Experience in system integration, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Exposure to API-based, file-based, and/or event-driven integration.
• Experience working in enterprise or cloud environments.
• Understanding of integration platforms and API Gateway concepts.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture (e.g. messaging or streaming platforms).
• Knowledge of application security and access control concepts.
• Experience with secure file transfer processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define messaging patterns (e.g. publish/subscribe, event-based workflows).
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance of event-driven integrations.
• Support onboarding of applications to the messaging platform.
• Design and implement integration solutions across APIs, secure file transfer, and event-based integration.
• Work with application teams to define the most appropriate integration approach.

• Promote integration standards and best practices.
