Job summary

reputed company in Singapore seeks a Senior Solution Specialist or equivalent level with hands-on integration experience in ACE, DataPower, MQ, and database querying. The role supports company initiatives, tracks Change Requests, and communicates status to executives.

The candidate will design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations, manage client communications, and present delivery status on calls with risks, dependencies, and next steps. Strong SQL skills and API experience are required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level proficiency in ACE, DataPower, and MQ (implementation and/or production support).
• Strong database query skills (SQL or equivalent) for analysis and validation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; client engagement and status presentations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple CRs with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Functional knowledge of Provider, Member, Claims concepts.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and message transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations using ACE, DataPower, and MQ.
• Run database queries to validate data and reconcile integrations.
• Manage day-to-day communications including updates, issue summaries, and plans.
• Present delivery and operational status on calls, including risks and dependencies.
• Prioritize and coordinate multiple CRs from intake through implementation across teams.
• Translate functional needs into integration requirements.
• Identify risks and mitigation paths proactively.
