Job summary

ST Engineering Aero training facility in Singapore is seeking a Senior Instructor, Technical Training to lead instructional and course development within a Part-147 environment. You will ensure regulatory compliance and maintain class discipline while delivering high-quality training.

You will compile examination content, support Examiners and Invigilators, and work with MS Office tools to create materials, supporting engineers in mastering aircraft maintenance knowledge and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Carry out instructional and course development duties in an approved Part-147 Maintenance Training Organization environment.
• Compile questions for examination banks for which he/she is qualified.
• Undertake duties of other authorised appointments - Examiners, Assessors and Invigilators.
• Comply with regulatory (eg. Part-147, Part-66) and in-house procedural (MTOE, TTPM) requirements.
• Ensure that all equipment is in working condition prior to the start of class.
• Maintain proper conduct and discipline of the class.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Category B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence with minimum 5 years working experience in Line/ Base Maintenance
• Technical Training Instructor Authorisation with minimum 3 years’ experience in conducting CAAS/ EASA Basic Knowledge Modules training; Aircraft General Familiarisation training and/or Aircraft Type training is preferred
• Good working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office applications including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
• Team-player who can also work independently with minimum supervisione. Good verbal and written communication skills
