Impact

As part of our Asian expansion, we are seeking a Senior Institutional Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on working with large, complex Asian clients and is key within our APAC and global organizations.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead client acquisition efforts with North Asian customers, especially Singapore.
  2. Develop and execute the client acquisition strategy for this market, aligning sales with business strategy, product development, and objectives.
  3. Identify and build a pipeline of opportunities for new institutional client relationships, including funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, and retail aggregators.
  4. Engage with new clients through innovative methods such as hosting events and attending conferences.
  5. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with FalconX teams including client coverage and trading to ensure client satisfaction and advocacy.
Requirements
  1. Experience in sales, coverage, or trading with institutional investors, preferably in digital assets.
  2. 5-10+ years of relevant experience.
  3. Proven success in building a client franchise.
  4. Ability to communicate value propositions and manage complex transactions effectively.
  5. Strong communication skills across teams, including with senior management and product/trading/compliance teams.
  6. Entrepreneurial, sales-minded, and team-oriented mindset.
  7. Experience at a digital assets/traditional fund, trading firm, hedge fund, fintech, or bank.
  8. Passion for the digital assets industry.
  9. Excellent communication skills, ideally in Mandarin.
