Strategic Framework Development

Play, Consumer and Market Insight

Leverage foresight tools to uncover the implications for new play development, capabilities, business models, marketing and product design.
Team Activation and Communication
Inspire teams through storytelling, both written and visual, using infographics, designed assets, and presentations.
Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and innovation priorities.
Lead workshops or collaborative sessions to align teams around shared visions.
Creativity and Visionary Leadership
Cultivate a culture of playfulness and creativity while maintaining a strong focus on business impact.

The Senior Innovation Strategist will play a key role in shaping the future of play within the Creative Play Lab (CPL). Reporting to the Head of Strategic Play Innovation, this role combines strategic thinking with creative vision to unlock new opportunities for both consumers and the business.
Success in this role requires a strong strategic approach, a passion for innovation, and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and convincingly. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, working collaboratively across teams, and inspiring teams to push boundaries while staying grounded in real-world impact.

Do you have what it takes?
Strategic thinking ability
Strong ability to think both creatively and analytically, balancing left- and right-brain approaches.
Experience in connecting consumer insights with business opportunities.
Communication
Exceptional written, oral, and design-based communication skills (e.g., infographics, visual storytelling).
Ability to inspire action through compelling narratives tailored for diverse audiences.
Data Proficiency
Strong analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets to extract insights.
Experience in developing custom models or tools for decision-making.
Creative Problem Solving
