Job summary

Energy Market Authority (EMA) in Singapore seeks to shape and safeguard the nation's energy infrastructure through careful planning and coordination of major energy projects. The role focuses on forward planning, routing of cables, ducts, pipelines and utility spaces, in partnership with SP PowerGrid and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical/Chemical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years' working experience in electricity generation and/or network planning

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Government Agencies and Transmission Licensee on forward planning and implementation of routing for major energy infrastructure projects (electricity cables, tunnels/ducts, gas pipelines, ducts, utility tunnels and related spaces).
• Engage with multiple ministries/agencies and stakeholders to align plans, space optimisation, co-location and alternative implementation strategies.
