Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and administer network, OS, storage, and backup systems.
• Collaborate on system development, including design, implementation, integration, and testing.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Apply corrective procedures to resolve production issues and minimize system outages.
• Create and maintain technical and programmatic documentation for efficient execution.
• Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-4 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in IT infrastructure (OS, network, storage, and backup).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Advantageous skills include:

• OS expertise: Windows (AD, DNS, Clustering), Linux (Redhat, CentOS), Clustering, Satellite.
• Scripting skills: Linux Bash, Python, Red Hat Ansible, Windows PowerShell.
• Virtualization: VMware, HyperV, OVM, KVM.
