Job summary

NTUC Health seeks a Senior Specialist, IT Infrastructure to lead architecture, deployment and daily operations of our enterprise hybrid infrastructure. You will drive high availability, security and performance across GCP, on‑prem, virtualization, and core networking, while mentoring junior engineers and managing key vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in enterprise hybrid infrastructure management.
• Proven experience in cloud, server and network infrastructure design, deployment and administration.
• In-depth knowledge of SD-WAN, Cisco/Juniper switches/routers, Fortinet Firewalls, Load Balancers, Cisco ISE, and enterprise wireless networks.
• Strong DR/BCP planning and testing experience.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills across stakeholders.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud computing, and containerization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain core on-premises systems and cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
• Oversee network architecture and enforce robust security measures per healthcare standards.
• Lead infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and deployments with automation (IaC, containers).
• Develop, test, and execute DR and BCP plans to minimize disruption.
• Source and evaluate fit-for-purpose solutions; manage vendors and SLAs.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and mentor junior engineers.
