Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of technology incidents, driving restoration and prevention.
• Manage technology incidents impacting the Group's businesses.
• Coordinate with business and technology units to follow incident management processes with proper documentation.
• Escalate critical incidents to appropriate management levels and maintain accountability.
• Ensure incident data is captured in the reporting tool and produced for management reporting.
• Participate in post-incident reviews and problem management to prevent recurrence.
