Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven In-House Recruiter to support our rapid growth across the region over the next 6 months. This is a contract role with high impact, working directly with C-suite leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across multiple regional markets.

As we scale aggressively, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process — from job postings and sourcing to interviews and onboarding. The ideal candidate brings a strong existing talent network, excellent stakeholder management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with C-level stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities across the region
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for regional roles across various functions and levels
  • Write and post job descriptions across relevant channels
  • Actively source candidates through networks, platforms, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Manage offers and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with HR/ops teams
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline and leverage existing networks to fill roles quickly
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or talent acquisition partner
  • Experience working with senior leadership or C-level stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of regional recruitment markets and practices
  • Established talent network and sourcing capabilities across platforms
  • Able to operate independently and manage multiple roles with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
