Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced ICT Support professional to provide day-to-day technical assistance for staff and users in a Singapore school environment.

Responsibilities include managing user accounts, AD, devices, AV and network services, plus procurement coordination and project activity support. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Must have ICT diploma or related qualification.
• Strong end-user device, network, server, AV and telecom knowledge.
• Experience in ICT procurement or vendor/project management is a plus.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ICT technical support to staff and users.
• Manage user accounts, Active Directory, devices, printers, Wi-Fi, VPN, mobile devices and other IT systems.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Manage ICT assets, inventory, licences and equipment loan records.
• Support video conferencing, webinars, school events and AV requirements.
• Assist with ICT procurement, quotations/tenders, vendor coordination and project activities.
• Maintain and update the school website and support basic multimedia/video production and editing.
• Provide user training, technical guidance and timely resolution of ICT issues.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and technical incidents.
