Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept IAM Consultant / Engineer to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Identity and Access Management solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess security requirements, design effective IAM strategies, and deliver high-quality solutions across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with internal teams and external clients to assess and understand identity security requirements.

• Present and demonstrate the value of IAM solutions through visual presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and live demonstrations.

• Gather, analyse, and translate both business and technical requirements into solution designs that align with security best practices.

• Design, review, and implement IAM solutions, including conducting Proofs of Concept (POCs).

• Continuously enhance technical skills by participating in relevant training and obtaining IAM-related certifications.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in identity security, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and team development.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IAM consulting, implementation, or related roles.

• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following IAM platforms is highly desirable:

  • Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud

  • OpenText NetIQ

  • CyberArk Identity

• Strong understanding of identity-related technologies and protocols such as SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and Active Directory.

• Proficiency in scripting with at least one language, such as PowerShell, Python, or Java.

• Exposure to additional IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Saviynt, Delinea, etc., is an added advantage.

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIAM, SailPoint Certified, CyberArk Certified, or broader cybersecurity certifications) will be viewed favourably.
