Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HVAC Design Engineer to lead and contribute to industrial projects across Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Data Center, and related sectors. You will independently develop HVAC deliverables for CD/BD/DD phases, including URS, load calculations, air balance, and 3D modelling in Revit or SketchUp.

Responsibilities include coordinating LDIs and QA/QP in design, supporting procurement and bid evaluations, reviewing deliverables for compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC design for industrial projects.
• Ability to develop URS, load calculations, air balance, and duct layouts.
• Leadership and collaboration in design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support industrial projects domestically and internationally across various facilities.
• Independently develop HVAC deliverables for CD/BD/DD phases (URS, load calc, air balance, airflow, diagrams, 3D modelling).
• Coordinate and manage LDI/PE/QP in design and execution.
• Support procurement: BOQ, bidding docs, bid evaluation.
