Job description

Our Client is looking for a Senior HR Manager who will be responsible for leading and evolving the company’s human resources strategy across the SEA region. This role will be pivotal in building a scalable people framework that supports rapid growth in the Climate Tech space, driving organisational development, cultural transformation, and operational excellence.

This role is open to candidates located in Singapore, Malaysia, or the Philippines, with a mandate covering the wider SEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of HR strategies that align with business growth objectives in both technology and clean energy markets.
  • Oversee full-spectrum HR operations, including performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen organisational culture, leadership capability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labour regulations across SEA while supporting cross-border team integration.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on change management, succession planning, and organisational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Demonstrated success in organisational development, change management, employee engagement strategies, and leadership coaching.
  • History of improving key HR metrics such as employee engagement scores, retention rates, and leadership bench strength.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance frameworks, and cross-border employment practices.
