A global leader in business cloud software is seeking a Senior HR Manager APJ to partner with leaders across ASEAN. This role involves strategic HR support, project leadership, and fostering a high-performance culture, requiring extensive HR experience and strong stakeholder management skills. The position is critical for driving organizational transformation and achieving business success.
The Senior HR Manager APJ is the key HR business partner for ASEAN leaders, including regional leaders based in Singapore, providing strategic HR support to drive the people agenda and enable business outcomes across the sub-region. It will play a critical role in embedding PBM by coaching leaders and aligning HR initiatives with our guiding principles.
In addition, the role will lead and deliver APJ-wide HR projects, contributing to cross-regional transformation and strategic execution. This dual focus strengthens HR impact in ASEAN while also supporting broader business and people priorities across APJ.
