Job Title: Sr. HR

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage recruitment in project-based companies, fire safety industry, MEP industry, and software industry. Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  2. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, align them with company goals, and support managers on performance issues. Identify training needs for employees.
  3. Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws, develop and update HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure data confidentiality.
  4. Workplace Culture: Foster a positive environment, promote diversity and inclusion, organize team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (MBA) preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
