Job description

Role Description:

  • Provide excellent HR service in responding to enquires to drive on-time and practical solutions.

  • Support the execution of all HR processes including employee hiring, on-boarding and off-boarding.

  • Maintain quality data management of employee records in the HRIS and personal files.

  • Verification of Time Management System records of all employees.

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations when needed.

  • Work pass administration and ensure that all Company and employee information are updated accurately with MOM.

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations. and compliance of local Employment Acts, Tripartite Guidelines, regulatory rulings and related laws.

  • Work with HR Partners on recruitment planning and timely manpower fulfilment.

  • Drive a successful on-boarding process for all new hires.

  • Prepares HR analytics reports.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree.

  • Direct high volume recruitment experience.

  • Experience with Time Management System and Payroll.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Pivot Table and V-Lookup.

  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations.

  • Strong in business partnering, communication and presentation skills.

  • Result-oriented, organised, meticulous with problem solving skills.

  • High initiative, independent and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Hands-on that is proactive, driven and resourceful.
