Une institution de premier plan recherche un professionnel des ressources humaines pour gérer le recrutement et le développement du personnel. Ce poste implique des responsabilités variées, y compris la gestion des politiques de recrutement et la coordination de la formation du personnel. Le candidat idéal possédera un diplôme et au moins trois ans d'expérience dans le domaine, alliant compétences en communication et expertise en systèmes informatiques.
Maintaining the HR policies, procedures and handbook pertaining to recruitment and re-employment matters to ensure that is up-to-date
Maintaining an updated and accurate manpower planning database
Responsible for generating recruitment statistics and reports on a regular basis or as/and when required by statutory regulatory
Responsible for sending notification to all affected parties of new-joiners on a monthly basis or as and when required
Assisting in budget planning for recruitment with statistics
Coordinating with MOE to ensure all teachers are registered with MOE and obtaining MOE’s acceptance of registration before teaching and relief staff commences work
Working with different partners for posting of advertisement on different platforms and recruitment drives
Administration of work pass applications for new staff
Maintaining an up-to-date record of budget utilization for all recruitment accounts
Ensuring a steady state flow of staffing including a pipeline of potential candidates
Working closely with line managers to identify and meet recruitment needs
Responsible for reference checks and offering of jobs to potential candidates
Responsible for screening of applicants through our recruitment portals and shortlisting to line managers
Responsible for scheduling of candidates for interviews and following up with candidates
Creation of personnel file and ensuring appropriate documents are contained within
Preparation of letters pertaining to recruitment of all staff
Meeting up with all staff to go through appointment offer and terms & conditions
Administering the professional development application and approval process in the training systems
Managing appropriate utilization of training grants from external sources
Advising staff on the prevailing policies and procedures pertaining to the guidelines on operational issues for training
Sourcing, evaluating and coordinating school wide professional development programmes for Education Support staff
Ensuring all staff submit a post learning evaluation after each training
Evaluating and recommending suitable learning activities for staff and managers upon requests
Attending to any query relating to professional development
Ensuring a steady state flow of staffing including a pipeline of potential candidates
Any other duties assigned by the school
Diploma with at least 3 years of recruitment experience
Excellent IT skills especially for recruitment systems/portals as well as Word and Excel to present information for databases and management reporting
Good written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and eye for details
Clear and logical thinking
Good planning, organization and time management skills with ability to work independently on tight deadlines and under pressure
Good customer service skills with the ability to build appropriate professional yet friendly working relationships with all levels
Ability to demonstrate a mutual understanding and respect when dealing with different stakeholders
Ability to demonstrate an understanding and respect for confidentiality in dealing with all HR issues
Ability to propose solutions to multi-faceted problems while exercising flexibility
Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to new staff and engage them actively and professionally
Ability to screen candidates appropriately by understanding line manager’s needs
Ability to implement clear strategies to be deployed for effective recruitment results within the timeframe
This is a 2-year contract (renewable)
