Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional to be part of our dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

JOB SCOPES:

  • Assist with the day-to-day HR functions and administrative duties
  • Support recruitment processes, including scheduling and assisting with interviews
  • Process and verify Time Card reports to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain and update HR records, including employee personal files and databases
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll
  • Record, monitor, and maintain attendance records to ensure employee punctuality
  • Regularly update and maintain the employee master data (personal files, employment details, etc.)
  • Coordinate staff scheduling and roster planning
  • Manage staff benefits administration, including insurance registration, staff welfare programs, and organizing events such as birthday celebrations and team-building activities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Effective oral and written communication skills, General knowledge of various employment laws and practices., Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment., Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
