We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional to be part of our dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
JOB SCOPES:
- Assist with the day-to-day HR functions and administrative duties
- Support recruitment processes, including scheduling and assisting with interviews
- Process and verify Time Card reports to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and update HR records, including employee personal files and databases
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll
- Record, monitor, and maintain attendance records to ensure employee punctuality
- Regularly update and maintain the employee master data (personal files, employment details, etc.)
- Coordinate staff scheduling and roster planning
- Manage staff benefits administration, including insurance registration, staff welfare programs, and organizing events such as birthday celebrations and team-building activities
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Effective oral and written communication skills, General knowledge of various employment laws and practices., Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment., Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
