Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Support day-to-day HR administration such as document preparation, filing, handling correspondence, calls, mail, and data entry.

  2. Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.

  3. Maintain and update accurate employee records in HR systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

  4. Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and ensure timely updates to related records.

  5. Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities to support staff development and retention.

  6. Address employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits, assist in implementing HR policies in compliance with labor laws.

  7. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in line with MOM regulations and ensure HR practices meet legal standards.

  8. Prepare HR reports, support performance appraisal processes, and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Min 3 years of HR experience in construction industry or in related field.

  3. Conversant with MS office applications.

  4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  5. Good team player with positive attitude.

  6. Attention to detail and well organized.
