Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Oversee both strategic and operational HR matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business direction.
- Provide guidance to the HR team in the preparation of employment documents such as appointment letters, contracts, confirmations, promotions, terminations, resignations, retirements, and retrenchments.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and processes to reflect industry best practices and drive efficiency.
- Take full responsibility for payroll management, including data verification, vetting, and approval prior to submission for processing.
- Manage employee grievances, conduct disciplinary actions, and maintain positive employee relations.
- Conduct regular site visits across Singapore to support operations and ensure HR policies are effectively implemented.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably covering the full spectrum of HR functions, with 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and other statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in payroll administration and Whyze systems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
